Hei på dere, da er det en ny fastedag på meg. Jeg har vært på jobb i dag, men det var deilig å slutte tidligere skal bli godt med frihelg nå. Solen skinner i dag igjen, tenkte jeg skulle gå eller sykle meg en tur etterpå i dag.

1 glass Syd-Tyrol eplejuice (90 kcal)
1 applsin (50 kcal)
Lunsj 93 kcal
1 beger Skyr med rips & vanilje
Middag ca 200 kcal
1 skive ytrefilet, 150 g
4 cherrytomater
4 puter frossen spinat
4 champignon
Kvelds 90 kcal
25 g Axa havregrøt med vanilje og rosiner
Tilsammen ble det 523 kcal, litt over anbefalt 🙂 Ble ikke noen tur i dag, sovnet på sofaen etter jobb. Syklet til og fra jobb da + at det var mye å gjøre så noen kcal er forbrent.
