Til frokost hadde jeg ingefær te med sitron, og en smoothie med blåbær.
Blåbærsmoothie
~
1/2 pose frosne blåbær
2 dl eplejuice
4 ss yoghurt
1 ss loppefrø
Lages i blender. Blåbær inneholder masse andioksidanter. Yoghurt og loppefrø er bra for fordøyelsen.
Refreshing – selvkomponert
~
1 eple
1/2 rød grapefrukt
1 appelsin
1 bit fersk ingefær
1 lime
Lages i juicer
Juice mot cellulitter
~
2 epler
1/5 agurk
2 cm ingefær
1/3 sitron
1 gulrot
en håndfull fersk bladpersille
Lages i juicer, oppkriften fant jeg i Tara.
Pære og Granateplejuice – selvkomponert
~
1 pære
1 granateple
litt fersk persille
1 lime
Lages i juicer
Til kveldskos hadde jeg Chocolat Mint Orgasm, oppskriften finner du lenger nede på siden.
Kvelden ble avsluttet med ingefærte med sitron. Føler meg i fin form :))

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout
of your website? Its very well written; I love what
youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
