Havrescones med tranebær og solsikkekjerner – 14 stk former fra Kremmerhuset
125 g sukker
200 g smør
Saften av en sitron
Skall av en sitron
2,5 dl melk
250 g hvetemel
75 g havregryn
3 ts bakepulver
50 g hakkede solsikkekjerner
100 g tørkede tranebær
Slik gjør du:
Bland mykt smør og sukker og tilsett saften av en halv sitron. Bland inn melet, de tørre ingrediensene og til slutt melken. Hvis deigen blir for bløt kan du tilsette mer mel.
Ha en drøy ss i hver form, eller form de til 12 passe store biter.
Stekes på 220 grader i 15 minutter – til sconesene er gylne oppå og under.
Scones er perfekte alene eller med en liten skive ekte geitost eller syltetøy på.
