solen skinner og det skal den fortsette med, det er gode nyheter det.
Har vært på vekten igjen i dag, veier det samme som sist. Men det er jeg fornøyd med etter helgens utskeielser. Tenkte jeg skulle ta meg en lang sykkeltur i dag, til Bygdøy sjøbad:) Det er nok for kaldt til å bade, men deilig å ligge ved sjøen uansett da:))
Da er det bare en «festdag» før en ny fastedag igjen, siden jeg byttet fastedag denne uken. Det å faste har blitt en naturlig del av min hverdag, så jeg tenker ikke så mye over det.
Ønsker dere en deilig dag i sola.
